Cheryl has more than 25 years experience in investor relations and communications. She works with the teams to develop strategic communications and provide counsel to our clients. Her experience in regulatory and disclosure issues helps clients implement best practices. Prior to joining PLR, Cheryl worked as a consultant and in management at other New York-based investor relations firms.
Previously, she was Managing Director of the American Stock Exchange, where she was responsible for developing the investor relations division, providing investment community outreach programs for listed companies. Her MBA is in Marketing and International Business from New York University's Stern School of Business and she holds a BA in French from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and studied at the Université de Besançon in France. She is a past officer and director of the New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
